If it is large such an extensive remodeling project or adding rooms, then I will act as your agent to find the right architect and professionals to do the job at the best price. I will oversee the work and make sure, in your behalf that it is done right.
I charge you a supervision fee to bid out your job, negotiate with the sub contractor FOR YOUR BEST PRICE and supervise it. You get the unique benefit in South Florida of receiving “wholesale prices” on the work and materials. I get no “kickback” from the bidders. You can not get a quality job, lower than my services!!
